Title Loan and Lease Programs

• Title loans and lease programs are available to government employees.
• The government shutdown will not affect these programs.
• Government employees may be able to get a title loan or lease with Toyota Financial Services if they have an active military ID card and the following information:
• your name, Social Security number, date of birth and address;
• the make, model and year of your vehicle;
• your current employment status (e.g., full-time). If you’re self-employed or unemployed at the time you apply for financing through our website but were employed at some point during the past three years then we’ll need proof from either Social Security Administration or Internal Revenue Service showing how much money was withheld from each paycheck during that period;

Military ID Card Acceptance

• Military ID cards are accepted at all Toyota dealerships and Toyota Financial Services locations.
• Military ID cards are also accepted at all Toyota Financial Services call centers, customer service centers, and financial counselors’ offices if you’re having financial difficulties or your income has been reduced because of the government shutdown.
